When you need a little assurance, BriteLock Storage offers tenant protection plans through SafeLease, providing peace of mind. We take pride in our safety features and 24/7 surveillance, but we understand that unforeseen circumstances can still arise. Plan for the unexpected with tenant protection that covers your stored items where traditional insurance may not.
Affordable, Monthly Rate
Plans are billed monthly and included in the total rental fee. A $100 per-claim deductible applies to all protection levels. The deductible is waived for burglary claims when a cylinder or disc padlock is used as a security device.
Levels may vary by location.

While your store may require some form of stored goods protection, participation in the protection plan is not required to rent storage space. The plan may duplicate coverage that may be provided by a homeowners’ or renters’ insurance policy. The protection plan is a month-to-month program. You may cancel your participation in the protection plan at any time.
